Process

Having your pet's photo turned into an illustrated portrait is simple!

After your order is received, I will send you an email with all the details. I will just need a favourite image of your pet in a pose that you wish to have represented in the final piece. That's it! You can message me before placing your order if you are unsure if your photo is acceptable.

Please ensure that your photo follows the guidelines below:
-Facing forward (at an angle is fine)
-Eyes open
-No part of the face is cropped
-Good, natural lighting

You will receive a digital proof of your pet's portrait within 1-5 business days, at which point details can be altered until you are completely happy! Dispatch times vary based on how many orders I'm currently working on.

Upon completion, a PDF file for printing as well as a JPEG file will be emailed to you. I will also provide tips to ensure you receive the best possible print of your custom portrait.
